Nice room, spacious. I had a good stay and slept really well, they have good bed. Breakfast is good, good quality with variety of food. The best thing it is located just 10-15min walk away from the GBK Indonesia Arena. Good for the concert I was heading, to, chose this hotel for that. Their service is nice, I informed them to expect for my parcel delivery for me, they managed to received it on my behalf and sent to my room. Will stay again next time.

Honestly one of my best hotel experiences! We booked the hotel because it is one of the nearest hotel to the concert venue. Our concert require us to be there around 2pm where our room was not yet ready. The kind staff gave us a pass to access to the pool/gym to let us shower and prepare for the concert. Truly amazing amenities and hospitality, the breakfast buffet spread was incredible, the room was spectacular. I cannot recommend Fairmont Jakarta any better. Being my first time in Jakarta, the hotel truly created the best impression and I would love to visit and stay at Fairmont again. I would also like to add that our room got upgraded to a suite which made the experience really superb. Didn’t take a lot of photos as I took mainly videos but here are the amazing shower facilities that we got to use before the concert!

The hotel’s location is excellent. Conveniently connected by an underground walkway. Service was great as well. I was expecting a parcel to arrive before check-in, and Anggara kindly assured me he would receive it on my behalf. The room was spacious and comfortable too. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

A great hotel with a bottle of mineral water included upon check-in. The room is spacious, well-lit, bright, fully equipped, with excellent front desk service, a fantastic breakfast, free parking, and very convenient travel. I highly recommend it.

入住雅加達費爾蒙酒店太驚喜了！酒店離地鐵口很近，去雅加達大教堂步行10分鐘，周邊有不少小眾畫廊，逛累了回酒店特別方便。 房間是現代簡約風，淺色系搭配南洋風裝飾畫，顯得很雅緻。窗邊有懶人沙發，下午晒著太陽看書超舒服，浴室的熱帶雨林花灑水壓很足。 酒店下午茶的印尼千層糕和椰香蛋糕必點，配本地薑茶剛好。早餐的現做沙爹和水果撈很新鮮，服務員會記得客人喜好，第二次去直接遞上常喝的果汁。 唯一小不足是旺季時大堂稍顯熱鬧，但整體氛圍很愜意，下次來雅加達還想住這裡！

是次旅程要到gbk睇演唱會，所以選擇這間酒店，步行過去非常近；酒店是一間較舊的五星級酒店，房間很大但某啲位置亦較汙糟及多塵，水壓亦較弱，但不肯定是否印尼普遍的問題；但酒店職員都非常親切有禮，亦會主動打招呼及問候，這值得讚！
